Preparing kids in grades 3-5 for a world that won't look like the one we grew up in
Thinkerst began with a simple question:
Are kids truly being prepared for the world they’re growing into?
The world is evolving faster than traditional systems can adapt. Thinkerst was created to complement school learning, equipping kids with the agility, creativity, and real-world thinking skills today’s future demands.
We use two powerful learning approaches:
Real-Life Simulations (RLS):
Story-driven challenges that strengthen decision-making, logic, resilience, and financial understanding.
Project-Based Experiences (PBE):
Kids create something real, a book, a mini video game, a song, a design, building confidence, planning skills, and creative ownership.
Together, these approaches help students connect knowledge across subjects, think independently, and develop future-ready skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Founder Story
Thinkerst was founded with a simple but urgent belief:
The future will not wait for permission.
Thinkerst programs are designed for students in grades 3–5, a pivotal stage when children can read, write, and think independently, and are ready to expand how they reason and solve problems.
While schools operate within large systems that move carefully, the world outside them is changing fast. Thinkerst was created to help bridge that gap, bringing agility, experimentation, and real-world relevance into children’s learning.
But Thinkerst is not just about projects.
It’s about mindset.
Through project-based experiences (PBE) and real-life simulations (RLS), students don’t just complete assignments. They build something real. They make decisions. They face trade-offs. They adjust when things don’t work.
They learn what happens when they commit.
And they begin to understand something powerful:
They don’t have to wait for institutions or approval to shape their future.
They can begin now.
Milly believes this kind of thinking should not be reserved for a few. Every child deserves access to experiences that build confidence, resilience, ownership, and independent thought. That belief is woven intentionally into Thinkerst programs, through accessible formats and practical, empowering challenges.
Preparing kids for the future isn’t just about knowledge.
It’s about adaptability, courage, and the confidence to think for themselves.

Why Grades 3-5 Matter
Grades 3–5 are not just another school stage.
They are a turning point.
This is when children move from learning to read to reading to learn. From following steps to forming reasoning. From depending on direction to developing ownership.
Thinkerst meets students at this exact moment, when their thinking is ready to expand and their confidence is ready to grow.
