Preparing kids in grades 3-5 for a world that won't look like the one we grew up in

Thinkerst was built for one reason:
Kids are not taught how to make decisions.

They follow instructions, guess, or freeze when there’s no clear answer.

We fix that.

Through real-world simulations, kids face situations where they must choose, think through consequences, and adjust when things don’t go as planned.

They build:

  • clear decision-making

  • structured thinking

  • confidence under uncertainty

Result:
Kids stop waiting for answers and start thinking for themselves—breaking problems into manageable parts and approaching new challenges with confidence instead of hesitation.

Founder Story

Milly is a former merchandising and financial strategy leader with 15 years of experience in retail analytics, finance, and category strategy.

After years in business, making decisions every day, one gap stood out:
Kids are not taught how to make decisions, seeing this first hand with her own child.

So Thinkerst was created to change that.

Designed for students in grades 3–5, Thinkerst builds critical thinking, decision-making, and real-world problem-solving through project-based experiences and simulations.

Students don’t just complete tasks, they make decisions, face trade-offs, and learn how to adapt when things don’t go as planned.

The goal is not just knowledge, but the confidence and independence to think, act, and build without waiting for permission.

Why Grades 3-5 Matter

Grades 3–5 are not just another school stage.

They are a turning point.

This is when children move from learning to read to reading to learn. From following steps to forming reasoning. From depending on direction to developing ownership.

Thinkerst meets students at this exact moment, when their thinking is ready to expand and their confidence is ready to grow.
